The T-Shaped Nickel Tab Wire Harness is a professional spot-wiring component designed for lithium battery packs. It integrates T-shaped nickel strips and insulated wires. The T nickel tab can be directly spot-welded onto battery cell terminals, and the extended wire connects to BMS boards or battery modules for power and signal collection. Commonly used in 18650 / 21700 cylindrical cells, Li-polymer pouch cells, energy storage packs, e-bike battery packs and backup power supplies.

• T-shaped Wide Nickel Tab

The T design provides a larger welding contact area to reduce contact resistance. It improves spot welding reliability and prevents cold solder joints or tab detachment. Made of high-quality nickel-plated steel strip with stable conductivity and oxidation resistance.

• Flexible Wire Options

PVC insulated wire as standard; silicone high-temperature wire optional. Available gauges: 20AWG, 22AWG, 24AWG, 26AWG. Flexible cable for easy routing inside battery housings.

• Fully Customizable Dimensions

Custom nickel tab thickness, width, wire length, wire gauge and colors. We support prototype sampling and mass OEM & ODM production. Customization based on drawings or physical samples.

• Reliable Welding Process
