Wire Harness and Cable Features:
✅ Anti-Interference Twisted Design: Red and black power/signal wires are twisted together to minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI) from motors, ensuring stable signal transmission.
✅ Ultra-Soft Silicone Wire: Made of 30AWG ultra-flexible silicone wire (OD 0.8mm), ideal for tight spaces in FPV frames and resistant to repeated bending.
✅ Vibration-Proof Construction: Terminals can be reinforced with UV glue to prevent loose connections caused by high vibration during flight, improving reliability.
✅ Multiple Length Options: Available in 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, and 60mm lengths to fit different FC/ESC stack heights (20x20mm / 30x30mm).

Wiring Harness Information:
- 1.0mm Pitch 8Pin Connector: Standard SH1.0/JST 1.0mm pitch connector ensures perfect fit with most FPV flight controllers and ESCs.
- Twisted Pair Anti-Interference Design: The red and black wires are twisted to reduce EMI, preventing signal loss or interference caused by motor operation.
- Ultra-Soft Silicone Wire: 30AWG silicone wire offers excellent flexibility and durability, making it easy to route in compact drone frames.
- Vibration-Resistant Build: Optional UV glue reinforcement at the terminal root prevents loosening under high vibration conditions.
Important Notes:
1. Please confirm the connector model, pin sequence and wire gauge before installation to avoid wrong connection, short circuit or equipment damage.
2. Avoid using the wire harness in over-current, over-voltage or high-temperature exceeding the rated working range, to prevent wire heating and safety risks.
3. Keep the connector away from water, dust, oil and corrosive environments to ensure long-term stable conductivity and avoid poor contact.
4. Do not bend or squeeze the wire sharply for a long time; reasonable wiring protection can extend the service life of the harness.
5. For drone and flight model applications, check the locking buckle condition before flight to ensure firm connection and prevent mid-air disconnection.
