• XT60 Female Connector Side

1. Shell: Yellow flame-retardant PA66 nylon, integrated black molded strain relief to prevent wire cracking
2. Internal terminal: Thick gold-plated brass, ultra-low contact resistance
3. Electrical rating: Continuous 40A, peak instantaneous 60A, DC 500V
4. Anti-reverse foolproof slot design to avoid positive-negative short circuit
5. Joint sealed with thick heat shrink tubing for insulation and anti-abrasion

• Ring Terminal Lug Side

1. Terminal: Silver-plated copper circular O-ring lugs, available in M4/M5/M6/M8 hole sizes for bolt fixation
2. Insulation: Yellow PVC heat shrink sleeve fully covers metal terminal to prevent accidental short circuit
3. Wire color coding: Red wire = Positive (+), Black wire = Negative (-), clear polarity distinction
4. Firm crimp connection between wire and ring lug, strong pull resistance

• Cable Body

1. Wire type: High flexible high-temperature silicone wire (thick gauge for heavy current)
2. Outer insulation: Black silicone rubber, wide temperature resistance
