Each piece adopts 0.12mm thick nickel base material with 6mm width, available in total length 130mm and 160mm. Both ends retain bare metal welding zones for spot‑welding onto battery cells, while the middle section is fully covered by UL‑certified heat‑shrink tubing.
The heat‑shrink sleeve supports 125 ℃ high‑temperature resistance, 600V voltage‑withstand and VW‑1 flame‑retardant performance, supplied in red and black colors for positive‑negative pole distinction. Precise cutting delivers smooth burr‑free edges. Factory pre‑sleeved design saves customers’ manual sleeving work and greatly improves PACK assembly efficiency.
