UL1007 #20AWG wire with stable electrical performance and heat resistance, compliant with electronic safety standards.
- Integrated Safety Components on Red Line
Red wire pre-assembled with fuse + 1.3Ω current-limiting resistor. It can limit inrush current and cut off circuit under over-current conditions, effectively protecting BMS and lithium cells.
- Differentiated Heat Shrink Process
53mm red heat shrink fully encapsulates the resistor-fuse assembly on red wire for insulation, anti-short and dustproof. Black wire nickel tab remains exposed for direct spot welding to battery cells.
- Precision Crimped Nickel Tabs
Nickel tabs are firmly crimped to wire ends, low contact resistance, easy for spot welding onto lithium battery electrodes.
- High Reliable Fuse Encapsulation
Fuse uses Dow Corning 748 potting material with minimum 1mm encapsulation depth, enhancing mechanical stability and moisture resistance of fuse unit.
