What should I notice?
Use a heat gun for heating. Move the heat gun continuously back and forth so the PVC heat shrink wrap receives even heat and avoids local overheating.
Sizing tip: Flat width ≈ half of battery pack circumference. Choose a size 5–10% larger for easy installation. Use a heat gun for even heating to get a wrinkle-free, tight clear shrink wrap.

A: Divide your battery pack’s circumference by two to get the flat width. For a 100mm circumference pack, pick ~50mm flat width. Size up slightly so the PVC shrink tubing or PVC heat shrinkable tube slides easily before heating.
